These terms apply to your use of the RylN website, which is operated by AOSS Logistics LLC SP. By using the website, you agree to these terms. تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدامك لموقع RylN الذي تديره شركة AOSS Logistics LLC SP. وباستخدام الموقع، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
1. About this website١. عن هذا الموقع
RylN is preparing to launch a mobile app focused initially on Egypt. This website introduces the app, shares company information and provides updates before release. Bookings, payments and partner services are not currently available through the website. يستعد RylN لإطلاق تطبيق للهاتف يركز في مرحلته الأولى على مصر. يعرّف هذا الموقع بالتطبيق ويعرض معلومات الشركة ويشارك التحديثات قبل الإطلاق. ولا تتوفر حالياً حجوزات أو مدفوعات أو خدمات شركاء من خلال الموقع.
2. Acceptable use٢. الاستخدام المقبول
You may use the website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the website, introduce harmful code, copy protected content without permission or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of another person or organization. يمكنك استخدام الموقع للاستفسارات الشخصية أو التجارية المشروعة. ويحظر محاولة الدخول دون تصريح، أو تعطيل الموقع، أو إدخال برمجيات ضارة، أو نسخ محتوى محمي دون إذن، أو استخدام الموقع بما ينتهك حقوق أي شخص أو جهة أخرى.
3. Launch updates٣. أخبار الإطلاق
If you ask to receive launch updates, you are responsible for providing a valid email address. You may ask us to stop sending updates at any time. Joining the launch list does not create an app account or guarantee access on a particular date. إذا طلبت تلقي أخبار الإطلاق، فأنت مسؤول عن تقديم بريد إلكتروني صالح. ويمكنك طلب إيقاف الرسائل في أي وقت. الانضمام إلى قائمة الإطلاق لا ينشئ حساباً في التطبيق ولا يضمن إتاحة الخدمة في تاريخ محدد.
4. App services after launch٤. خدمات التطبيق بعد الإطلاق
When the app becomes available, some services may be supplied by independent hotels, restaurants, property providers, product providers or service providers. Their prices, availability, cancellation terms and service conditions will be shown in the app where relevant. Separate app terms may also apply. عند إتاحة التطبيق، قد يقدم بعض الخدمات فنادق أو مطاعم أو مقدمو عقارات أو منتجات أو خدمات مستقلون. وستظهر الأسعار والتوافر وشروط الإلغاء وشروط الخدمة ذات الصلة داخل التطبيق. وقد تنطبق أيضاً شروط منفصلة خاصة بالتطبيق.
5. Intellectual property٥. الملكية الفكرية
The RylN name, branding, website, software, illustrations and original content belong to AOSS Logistics LLC SP or are used with permission. You may view the website for its intended purpose, but no ownership rights are transferred to you. اسم RylN وعلامته التجارية وموقعه وبرمجياته ورسوماته ومحتواه الأصلي مملوكة لشركة AOSS Logistics LLC SP أو مستخدمة بإذن. ويمكنك تصفح الموقع للغرض المخصص له، دون انتقال أي حقوق ملكية إليك.
6. Third-party links٦. روابط الجهات الأخرى
The website may link to external websites or app stores. Those services are controlled by their own operators and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. RylN is not responsible for content or services outside its control. قد يتضمن الموقع روابط إلى مواقع خارجية أو متاجر تطبيقات. وتخضع هذه الخدمات لسيطرة مشغليها ولشروطهم وممارسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم. ولا يتحمل RylN مسؤولية المحتوى أو الخدمات الخارجة عن سيطرته.
7. Availability and changes٧. التوافر والتغييرات
We may update, suspend or change parts of the website as RylN approaches launch. We aim to keep the information accurate, but app features, timing and availability may change before release. قد نقوم بتحديث أجزاء من الموقع أو تعليقها أو تغييرها مع اقتراب إطلاق RylN. ونسعى إلى إبقاء المعلومات دقيقة، لكن مزايا التطبيق وتوقيت الإطلاق والتوافر قد تتغير قبل الإصدار.
8. Liability٨. المسؤولية
The website is provided for general information before launch. To the extent permitted by law, AOSS Logistics LLC SP is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on preliminary product information or from temporary website unavailability. يتم توفير الموقع لأغراض معلوماتية عامة قبل الإطلاق. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل شركة AOSS Logistics LLC SP المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن الاعتماد على معلومات أولية عن المنتج أو عن توقف الموقع مؤقتاً.
9. Governing law٩. القانون الواجب التطبيق
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة بنظر أي نزاع، ما لم تقرر قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية خلاف ذلك.
