This policy sets out the general refund rules planned for eligible reservations made through the RylN mobile app after launch. RylN is a product of AOSS Logistics LLC SP. توضح هذه السياسة قواعد الاسترجاع العامة المخطط تطبيقها على الحجوزات المؤهلة التي تتم من خلال تطبيق RylN للهاتف بعد الإطلاق. وRylN هو منتج تابع لشركة AOSS Logistics LLC SP.
The RylN website does not currently accept reservations or payments, so there is no website payment to refund. This policy will apply when eligible reservation and payment services become available through the mobile app. لا يقبل موقع RylN حالياً حجوزات أو مدفوعات، ولذلك لا توجد مدفوعات عبر الموقع يمكن استرجاعها. وستسري هذه السياسة عند إتاحة خدمات الحجز والدفع المؤهلة من خلال تطبيق الهاتف.
1. Refund requests made at least 48 hours before١. طلبات الاسترجاع قبل الموعد بـ ٤٨ ساعة على الأقل
A customer may request a refund of the amount paid for an eligible reservation when the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. If RylN sends a 48-hour reservation notification, the customer may use that notification to review the reservation and submit the request before the deadline. يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع مقابل حجز مؤهل إذا قدم الطلب قبل موعد الحجز المقرر بما لا يقل عن ٤٨ ساعة. وإذا أرسل RylN تنبيهاً قبل الحجز بـ ٤٨ ساعة، فيمكن للعميل استخدامه لمراجعة الحجز وتقديم الطلب قبل انتهاء المهلة.
2. Requests made within 48 hours٢. الطلبات المقدمة خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الموعد
The reserved amount is not refundable when a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time, unless mandatory consumer rights under applicable law or more favourable reservation terms require otherwise. لا يُسترد مبلغ الحجز إذا قُدم طلب الإلغاء خلال فترة تقل عن ٤٨ ساعة من موعد الحجز المقرر، إلا إذا أوجبت حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية بموجب القانون المعمول به أو شروط حجز أكثر فائدة خلاف ذلك.
3. Waiting-list replacement٣. إحلال عميل من قائمة الانتظار
A customer may place an eligible reservation on the waiting list when that option is available. If another customer purchases the reservation and the full payment has been successfully processed, the original customer becomes entitled to an immediate refund of the reserved amount. يجوز للعميل طرح حجز مؤهل في قائمة الانتظار عندما يتوفر هذا الخيار. وإذا اشترى عميل آخر الحجز وتمت معالجة كامل المبلغ بنجاح، يستحق العميل الأصلي استرجاع مبلغ الحجز فوراً.
4. Reservation-specific terms٤. الشروط الخاصة بكل حجز
Any provider-specific cancellation terms, eligibility conditions or more favourable refund rights will be shown before payment where relevant. This general policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. If a confirmed reservation conflicts with this page, the terms presented with that reservation apply to the extent they are more favourable to the customer or are required by law. ستظهر قبل الدفع، عند الاقتضاء، أي شروط إلغاء خاصة بمقدم الخدمة أو شروط أهلية أو حقوق استرجاع أكثر فائدة. ولا تلغي هذه السياسة العامة حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية بموجب القانون المعمول به. وإذا تعارض حجز مؤكد مع هذه الصفحة، فتسري الشروط المعروضة مع ذلك الحجز بالقدر الذي تكون فيه أكثر فائدة للعميل أو يفرضها القانون.
5. How to request a refund٥. كيفية طلب الاسترجاع
When reservations launch, the app will show the available cancellation or support route for each eligible reservation. Until then, questions about this policy may be sent to info@rylnn.com. Include the reservation reference in any future refund request, but do not email full payment-card details. عند إطلاق الحجوزات، سيعرض التطبيق مسار الإلغاء أو الدعم المتاح لكل حجز مؤهل. وحتى ذلك الحين، يمكن إرسال الأسئلة المتعلقة بهذه السياسة إلى info@rylnn.com. أدرج مرجع الحجز في أي طلب استرجاع مستقبلي، ولا ترسل بيانات بطاقة الدفع كاملة عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
6. Policy changes٦. تغييرات السياسة
We may update this policy before reservations become available or when service requirements change. The policy presented at confirmation will govern a reservation, subject always to applicable law. يجوز لنا تحديث هذه السياسة قبل إتاحة الحجوزات أو عند تغير متطلبات الخدمة. وتحكم الحجزَ السياسةُ المعروضة عند التأكيد، مع خضوعها دائماً للقانون المعمول به.
