The RylN app is not publicly available yet, so public app accounts have not been opened. If you have contacted us, joined the launch list or shared personal information directly with our team, you may ask us to delete it by emailing info@rylnn.com. إذا سبق لك التواصل معنا أو الانضمام إلى قائمة الإطلاق أو مشاركة معلومات شخصية مباشرة مع فريقنا، فيمكنك طلب حذفها عبر البريد info@rylnn.com.

RylN users will be able to request account deletion from the account settings in the app or by contacting support. What to include in your requestما الذي يجب ذكره في الطلب
- Use the subject “RylN Account or Data Deletion.”استخدم عنوان الرسالة “RylN Account or Data Deletion”.
- Include the email address or phone number linked to your request or account.اذكر البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط بطلبك أو حسابك.
- Complete any reasonable identity check needed to protect your information.أكمل أي خطوة تحقق معقولة تكون ضرورية لحماية معلوماتك.
What happens nextماذا يحدث بعد ذلك
We will acknowledge the request and confirm the expected completion date after identity verification. Information will be deleted or anonymized unless it must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. سنؤكد استلام الطلب ونوضح الموعد المتوقع لإتمامه بعد التحقق من الهوية. وسيتم حذف المعلومات أو إخفاء هويتها، ما لم يكن الاحتفاظ بها ضرورياً لأغراض قانونية أو أمنية أو لمنع الاحتيال أو المحاسبة أو تسوية النزاعات.
